FLEXMIXER-500 is 1/4" x 32 element static mixer nozzle. FLEXMIXER-500 is used to mix dual-component resins directly on application from the injection gun.  FLEXMIXER-500 requires the use of a FLEXNUT-550 to attach the mixer to the dual-component cartridge nozzle. FLEXMIXER-500 can be used with all Flexomeric resins.

Also available in 1/2" x 30 element static mixer - FLEXMIXER 510.

My only problem with either product was the fact that the product started to "set-up" in the mixing nozzle while I was attempting to pump. If I had known this I would have bought 10 nozzles. You should recommend this.

WORKED GREAT SUGGEST YOU HAVE A HELPER TO PUT THE CAPS ON THE PORTS . ALSO I DRILLED 1/4 INCH DIA . HOLES IN THE CRACK WHERE I PUT THE PORTS & PUT A 3.5 INCH NAIL IN THE PORT & INTO THE DRILLED HOLE SO THAT WHEN THE PORT IS EXPOXIED TO THE WALL YOU ARE IN CORRECT ALIGNMENT & THEN SLOWLY TWIST THE NAIL OUT OF THE PORT BEFORE THE EPOXY CURES & THE THE PORT IS PERFECTLY ALIGNED WITH THE CRACK IN THE WALL WORKED GREAT FOR ME .
