What countries do you ship to?
We currently only ship to Canada and the United States.
Note: If you would like to order our products from another country, contact us and we will arrange a shipment with you.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, we currently offer free shipping on all Do-It-Yourself, Professional, and Rhino Carbon Fiber kits.
Note: If you wish to add additional resins or supplies to your order, make sure to add them from the product listing to still qualify for free shipping.
When will my order ship?
Orders placed by 1PM Eastern Standard Time will ship the same day, otherwise it will ship during the next business day.
Note: Not applicable to special or contractor orders.
What is the warranty on your products?
We warranty Flexomeric products for manufacturing defects. If a product is defective due to manufacturing reasons, please contact us and we will send you a new one.
Note: Please refer to the specific brand pages for the manufacturer's warranty on all other products.
What do I do if my product is damaged?
Immediately document and take pictures of the affected products and contact us for more information.
Note: DO NOT attempt to use a damaged product in any way.
I lost my instruction booklet, where can I get a new one?
We have downloadable versions of all our instruction booklets here.
How do I know which kit to use?
Please refer to our explanation on how to correctly measure a concrete crack.
How can I process a return?
After placing an order, you can login to your account and initiate an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) within 30 days of the purchase date.
- Login to your account.
- In the Track Your Recent Orders section, click on the View Details.
- Once in the order, click on the Add New RMA button.
- Choose the number of items you want to return in the Order Items section.
- In the Order Returns Options, you will need to choose the Reason and Method for the return.
- Finally, you can add comments in the Comments section. This is optional, but adding comments can be helpful information in processing the return. Once done, click Save RMA and an email will be sent to you confirming your submission.
Where do you ship from?
All our orders ship from St-Eustache, Montreal, Quebec, Canada.
What shipping company do you use?
Depending on your location, a selection of either UPS, Canada Post, USPS, Purolator, or Fedex will be used. Your order tracking details will clarify which courrier has been used.
What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover, debit credit cards, and e-transfer.
Note: We currently do not accept American Express and PayPal.
Can I specify special order instructions?
Yes, during the checkout process there will be a comment box to enter special order instructions, if need be.
How do I become a Flexomeric Certified Contractor?
Visit our contractor center for more information. Registration is free.
How can I qualify for free shipping?
Eligible items will display a Free Shipping icon next to the price. If the items qualify for Free Shipping but your order also contains other ineligible items, you’ll be charged shipping fees for those ineligible items.

Do you provide contractor training?
Yes, we currently provide online training resources, and are available for on-call technical support whenever you may need.
Note: Additional training available upon request.
Can I pay by terms?
Yes, after account has been established and qualifications are met.
Do you provide private labelling?
Yes, we can private label your products at cost prices.
Note: Design services are also available for a small service fee.
