Overview

Hairline concrete cracks are tricky types of cracks that require a low viscosity resin to penetrate the entire length of the crack fully. Our hairline DIY foundation crack repair kit offers the same professional materials that contractors use but made easy for any homeowner to use.

When the concrete in your home develops a crack, it can be quite expensive to hire a professional to rectify the problem. Thankfully with FlexKit -200 Do it Yourself Kit, you can quickly seal cracks with simplicity and ease. The process involves the incorporation of high-grade injection resins which are fed into dry or wet foundation basement cracks.

DIY FLEXKIT-200 Crack Repair Kit can be injected into an actively leaking or dry foundation wall crack as it chemically reacts with water and bond to concrete to form a water-tight, flexible gasket through the entire wall thickness, eliminating any future leaks, guaranteed. The kit offers customers with industry grade injection resins which have been simplified for use to make them more accessible to DIY enthusiasts. With this kit, you can easily repair 8' long, hairline concrete foundation crack that has up to 8" thick wall.

This is the first review I have ever responded to, However I thought this product deserved honourable mention. I repaired a leaking hair line crack from the bottom of my basement window to floor. I installed as per directions and no leaks thus far. Only been a month . I did a lot of research before going with this product and fully satisfied. Most web site and products I looked at were US but this is CANADIAN with no exchange rate or duties to pay. I like buying Canadian whenever possible. I ordered directly from Company rather then Amazon. This saved a couple of dollars.Product arrived in less than a week. One important test I did was to plug all ports with the exception of the top injection port and inject water into crack using a spray bottle. This allowed me to check for leaks through epoxy over the cracks and injection ports. below. Yes , there was a small leak which I easily repaired using more epoxy of the area. Take your time injecting sealing liquid from cartridge. Applying to much pressure will cause cartridge to leak. Good Luck!

This product worked as advertised, and sealed up a thin crack nicely. Sealing the crack before injection was a massive pain in the particular corner I was working in, strictly because of the condition of the concrete and how it was originally poured, but that's not really a limitation of this kit. It did require several attempts to seal the crack outside the ports, but I was eventually successful.

When the drywall in the basement started to grow mold on the inside I knew I had a problem. Stripping back the ruined drywall and insulation showed a vertical crack going straight up the wall inside an inch-deep groove in the concrete face. Google helped me figure out that I could either plug the inside face with cement or inject something into the crack to seal it permanently. The FlexKit-200 was the solution with the best ratings I could find and it had multiple people on youtube demonstrating how to effect the necessary repairs. I initially didn't realize that even though my crack was in the middle of a flat wall I needed the corner injection ports to access the crack inside the concrete groove. Flexomeric support was awesome in providing me some extra ports at no cost. The instructions are very specific and easy to follow. The only difficulty I had was that I couldn't get the trowel into the groove to smooth down the epoxy that seals the crack around the ports so I had a bit of leakage after injecting the product into the wall. The leakage was not enough to affect the result though! Heavy rains a few days later proved the leak is gone, and I'm ecstatic. I'll probably hire the drywall patching completed, but the task of fixing the concrete was straightforward and easy. This product and the company behind it is great!

Product works as described

By:  from Richmond Hill, Ontario. on 10/14/2020
This product worked just as described. There is a bit of mess (due to the process of waiting for the input port above to leak before moving on to the next port) but this was easily cleaned up a day later. The drippings turned to a rubbery substance that could be pulled up. Still, use a drop cloth under the area of work. This is a Canadian company. The amount that was shown on their website was the amount I paid (plus tax). There was no foreign exchange conversion on my credit card. Even during the pandemic, I received the order the next day (not held up at the border like some other online orders I've made for electronics from out-of-country suppliers during the pandemic). I did have one issue with outside leakage due to a plastic membrane the builder installed. I called the Flexomeric 800 number and they were very helpful (they had experienced this before). I am pleased with the results.
