Track Your Order
For orders placed on Flexomeric.com, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email when an order has been processed and is ready to ship. This email will have a link to track the progress of your shipment.
To track your order on Flexomeric.com, follow these steps:
- Log into your flexomeric.com account
- Scroll down to "TRACK YOUR RECENT ORDERS" and click on "View Details" next to the order number of the shipment that you would like to track.
- Click on the tracking number available on your order page to output up to date tracking information.
No tracking information available?
There can be several reasons why the tracking information is not available. Here are common reasons:
- Your shipment has not yet been shipped. It can take up to 3 business days for your order to be processed and shipped unless a specific date or time frame is given to your order.
- Your shipment was shipped via a carrier that is not one of our website's trackable shipments. Our site is only capable of obtaining real-time tracking information for United States Postal Service (USPS), United Parcel Service (UPS), Federal Express (FedEx), CanadaPost. Orders with specified shipping carriers or LTL shipments can be tracked with those shipping/transport companies using the tracking number provided in the order.
Amazon & Ebay
For orders placed on amazon.com, amazon.ca, ebay.com or ebay.ca, your shipment will need to be tracked on their platforms. We will provide tracking information to your orders on their platforms as soon as they are created.
